The Position:
Flybits is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager that shares a common vision on how technology fits into our lives. As an integral member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our marketing processes are efficient and effective.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to effectively utilize our marketing technology stack and improve the operational efficiency of the team. Effective communication, collaboration and organization skills will be essential in ensuring success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing technology stack including data flow, permissions, and bugs across systems.
- Build and deliver end-to-end campaign plans including project timelines, resources requested, supporting collateral and communications strategy (inclusion of writing emails, social media posts, and blogs on specific products and industry-related topics and/or creation of banners or other social media images)
- Support Marketing Leadership in reporting actionable insights.
- Collaborate on various cross-functional projects to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Create marketing and sales documentation and provide training.
- Organize and maintain marketing templates (landing pages, campaigns, emails), naming conventions, and folders.
- Keep management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information; making recommendations.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to help create and support marketing campaigns for partners and other channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent experience desirable.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing operations role.
- Excellent computer skills — Google Docs (Sheets, Presentation, Docs, etc.).
- Technologically savvy and expertise with Hubspot, Wordpress, Google Analytics and other Sales/Marketing platforms.
Skills & Experience:
- Effective at project management and keeping to deadlines as well as coordinating and collaborating with others across the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define and measure the success of projects/campaigns.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and entrepreneurial-minded.
- Excellent presentation, spoken and written skills.
- Previous experience in Financial Services is a significant asset.
- Experience with ABM including account engagement, audience segmentation, data quality, and reporting an asset.
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
