Flow is seeking to hire a full-time Operations Analyst to join our Operations team. Ideal candidates will have prior experience or demonstrated interest in working with professional clients in the equity, finance, or venture capital ecosystems. As an Operations Analyst you will be responsible for providing effective customer service to key stakeholders including general partners, limited partners, and fund administration vendor service providers. This person would work extensively with other teams within the organization including Sales, Accounting, Development, and the Executive Team.

About the Team
This is an exciting time to join the Operations team. We are a small yet highly effective team. We will continue to scale this team to support our customer growth. In this role, you will report to the Director of Fund Operations. Our goal is to empower our clients by providing top tier fund administration services coupled with innovative technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide back-office support for professional investors using the Flow platform.
- Extensive client communication and relationship building.
- Coordinate client and stakeholder questions and issue resolution.
- Set-up and maintenance of special purpose investment vehicles; support investment entities.
- Fund administration duties including establishing and maintaining client files, assisting clients in using Flow’s platform, and reviewing incoming client documents for completeness.
- Perform federal and state securities filings on behalf of exempt pooled investment funds.
