We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you'd report directly to the CEO, partner extensively with Business Development, Product, and the Fund Services team. You love to work with clients and build strong relationships, and you’re exceptionally capable at understanding both business needs and client needs. You thrive off having defined goals and building scalable processes. You are a team player, service-oriented, a self-starter, self-reliant, able to get work done on schedule - and fundamentally you are motivated by the mission of empowering others through your work.
Responsibilities
- Communication
- Collaborate with CEO to take inbound sales leads to close
- Lead conversations with clients to present our software and services
- Serve as the internal expert on all clients and client needs
- Sales Process
- Own the sales lifecycle from inbound lead to close
- Determine pricing by liaising with Services team
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs for clients
- Continuously improve our Sales systems, process, and team
- Reporting and Maintenance
- Collect and synthesize client feedback
- Manage our Sales systems by maintaining accurate and complete client information
- Measure and report OKRs on a weekly basis to team

Education and Experience
- 4+ years in a sales role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience managing a pipeline and closing leads
- Experience with CRMs and best practices
- Experience or exposure to finance, venture capital, or alternative investing
- Small team or startup experience
- Able to pick up new technologies, assess situations quickly, and react accordingly
