About the Role

Are you an ambitious sales professional with experience in lead generation? We are looking for a results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter lead generation specialist to actively seek out, engage, nurture and qualify new business prospects in the financial space.  This hands-on position will allow you to connect with leading industry decision makers and let you take part in shaping the future of the financial industry. 

Be part of a team of ambitious and top-performing individuals who will help you learn and grow professionally. 

Specifically, your day-to-day will include :

  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Assess and understand customer needs. Qualify leads.
  • Update all sales activities on a daily and weekly basis in Hubspot.
  • Work with leadership, as well as Account Executives to update forecasts and actively take part in building a winning lead generation strategy.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up in order to move opportunities in the sales pipeline.
  • Market Research and lead sourcing.
  • Build and update sales materials.

Minimal requirements :

  • Result oriented,
  • 2 years + experience in a lead generation or business development role (B2B environment),
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth in competitive markets
  • Passionate and curious about leading-edge technologies
  • Exceptional communication, listening and questioning skills
  • Customer Service, Prospecting Skills, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales and Marketing.
  • Coachability: the ability to absorb and apply coaching
  • Intelligence: the ability to learn fast
  • Work ethic: proactively pursuing the uptime team mission with a high degree of energy and daily activity
