The tasks for this role are ;
Building and improving the Recruitment Service Offer (Job posting, Sourcing strategies, Talent mapping, Recruitment processes, Headhunting and validations);
Working on the company brand Management Strategy;
Working closely with the Head of Acceleration.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (5 years +); Startup experience is an asset

Able to quickly create relationships with hard-to-find candidates
Fluently bilingual in both written and oral, French and English
High emotional quotient
Strong decision-making skills
Intellectual dexterity and delivery-oriented – "hands-on" – strong problem-solving skills combined with follow-through process
