Account Executive


This position is responsible for generating growth for the services division by engaging with K-12 School Districts within their assigned region and account list.  The Account Executive focuses on customer acquisition and retention.  They are responsible for generating sales of engineering services, managed services, professional development services, and cloud-hosted services. We provide a base salary plus uncapped commission based on your results. Ideal candidates should be driven professionals who are knowledgeable of IT services and have solid sales and account management experience. 

Essential Functions and Expectations

  • Achieve growth objectives through prospecting, lead response, and relationship building with public, private and charter K-12 Schools
  • Develop new account relationships
  • Maintain existing accounts within an established geographic territory
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a sales business plan
  • Provide accurate forecast and conduct quarterly reviews for assigned territory
  • Conduct business in a professional, competent and ethical manner
  • Promote a culture of high-performance, continuous improvement, and goal achievement for the Five-Star Services division
  • Promote the highest quality image of Five-Star Services with employees, vendors, and the community
  • Develop, track, and continuously improve the full life cycle of company services development, from lead generation to ongoing referral cultivation
  • Leverage and improve the use of the company CRM system (Hubspot) for customer service, process efficiency, sales growth, and marketing platform
  • Be willing to travel and have reliable transportation
