Your time will be spent at our at our headquarters in the heart of San Francisco, California.
What you’ll do:
- Be the primary point of contact for client on technical and operational issues
- Produce new email campaigns in Marketo that align with client business objectives
- Create email assets, set up Marketo workflows, manage data fields, and troubleshoot ad hoc issues
- Ensure document key information properly
- Analyze email campaign performance and provide optimization suggestions to the client.
- Manage successful launch of client paid media campaigns across Linkedin, YouTube, AdWords, and other channels.
- Coordinate with creative and media agencies on successful delivery of paid media campaigns
- Manage internal policy and brand safety processes for paid media and email programs.
Who we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing focused role including email and Marketo.
- Expertise with the concepts of Digital Marketing (AdWords & Display a priority)
- Familiarity with Doubleclick Campaign Manager and Search Ads 360 helpful
- Superior project timeline development and management skills
- Seasoned at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A knack for unravelling complex problems and processes in an easy to understand way
- Able to maintain excellent written and verbal communication with all parties
- High energy and go getter attitude; comfortable working autonomously
- Proficient in Google docs, slides, sheets or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and dealing with ambiguity
- Able to work as well independently as within a team
