Now, about the opportunity: In the Account Manager position, you’ll help drive successful creative marketing initiatives for our clients. We are seeking a rockstar that can work seamlessly with clients, our internal creative team and internal leadership to produce the best work possible, while managing resources and meeting project deadlines. What you’ll do:
- Support the development and execution of client programs that include the following efforts; website, email, integrated campaigns, video, digital media and events
- Work closely with external clients to manage project deadlines, client expectations and overall health of the account in partnership with Sr. Account Director
- Write and/or review creative briefs, while working with clients to ensure it communicates project requirements for creative team
- Help guide team to deliver creative that maps to overall strategy
- Drive overall project management to ensure deliverables are produced on time, on budget, and to client’s specifications
- Collaborate with operations leads to create workflow schedules
- Effectively allocate creative resources to maximize work quality and output; manage intake of new projects and/or reprioritization of existing ones
- Lead weekly internal project status meetings; Communicate with all team members to ensure clarity around resourcing for all projects
- Demonstrate excellent time management and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with all parties
- Oversee and drive special projects as needed
What we need of you:
- 3-5 years of experience in a client facing project management role and/or agency account management
- Experience engaging with creative teams to deliver work that is on brief
- Savvy about digital marketing and data driven communications
- Seasoned at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google docs, slides, sheets or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Comfortable with building strong client relationships
- Optimize processes to ensure smooth workflows and delivery of high quality work
- High energy, detail oriented person, with a go-getter, positive attitude; comfortable working autonomously and within groups
