Position Preview
Casual Dining, High Volume, Event, Creative, Known Sous Chef/KM Sought for a compelling Leadership Opportunity. Our Client is a unique one of kind experiences that delight in exceeding every expectation. Sous Chef experience in high volume, event-driven, buyouts, and core tourism traffic is required.
Position Qualifications or Requirements
- “Ownership Mentality” for all things culinary in the venue.
- Events and Current F&B Trend Savvy
- Knife Skills, Culinary Skill Set
- Systems, Quality, HAACP, Clean and Organized
- Experienced and Hands On, master of multiple stations
- Prep and Production Skillset
- Orders, and some P&L exposure
Compensation and Benefits
$45,000-$50,000 DOE
