Digital Marketing Specialist at FINNOVASIA
Fantastic opportunity to create and organise unconventional leading Global FinTech events. We are looking for candidate to join our Hong Kong team who is committed to take the lead role in developing and implementing the comprehensive and creative digital marketing strategies to maximise the engagement with our clients in Asia and globally.
Your role at FINNOVASIA
- Research the trends on digital marketing strategy to deliver the best-in-class campaigns to meet our marketing objectives
- Develop and execute the digital marketing campaigns across social media
- Make use of different tools and softwares (Wix, Hootsuite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GTM, Mailchimp, etc)
- Deliver, track, perform and report of effective social media, email and paid digital marketing activities.
- Manage the ongoing day-to-day operation, configuration, administration and optimization
- Familiar with digital advertising channels (Google Adword, social media adv. etc) and develop the effective campaigns
- Database and CRM management
- Support other marketing and sales activities
- Collaborate with designer and marketing manager, as well as other teams in the company

Abilities we are looking for
- Bachelor degree in Data or Computer Science/ Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience in market or business analytics
- Working experience in startups/ small team is a big plus
- Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques (Social Media, SEO, PPC, Web Personalisation)
- Experience of web analytics (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager).
- Some experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Basic understanding of photoshops or AI
- Familiar with social media platforms and social analytics (i.e. Google Analytics. SEO)
- Fluent English speaker, Mandarin speaker will be a big plus
- Good English writing
