Farmers Insurance district 02 partners with agents to write multi line insurance through one of the country's largest Personal Lines Property and Casualty insurers. Our agents are also eligible to write a myriad of investment and variable life insurance products through our financial services partners.

Job Description:

Multiple Farmers Insurance Agencies located in the San Fernando Valley and areas of Los Angeles County are looking for an agency producer who excels in providing exceptional support and professionally representing their company. As an agency producer, your main mission will be to help make a positive first impression to our clients as you will be on the front lines.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused office providing on-point support to Agency owner and co-workers; you do not fluster easily in a high-pressure environment

• Strong communication skills- you can represent the Agency well both through written correspondence and when speaking to customers

• Technologically savvy - you know your way around a computer, can operate in Microsoft Office and you can pick up new systems quickly

• Friendly demeanor; dedicated to contributing to a positive work environment

• Client needs assessment aptitude; you can listen to customers and figure out how to get to the root of a problem at hand, either by collaborating with your coworkers, OR by independently researching, analyzing, and deducing the best resolution

• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses with the State of CA Department of Insurance within the first 60 days of employment

Qualifications:

*High school graduate or equivalent. College experience, not required but a plus

* Have or acquire California State Insurance Licenses

* Valid drivers license

* Authorized to work in this country for any employer

All candidates must successfully pass the Farmers Insurance Application/Background Check prior to being accepted in to the program:

· Strong telephone communications skills

· Strong interpersonal communication skills

Compensation:

Salary plus commissions - Bonuses are based on performance and achievement of goals.
