Impact

At FalconX, you’ll have a significant impact on both our company and the broader success of the digital asset landscape. Our team is currently small, yet rapidly growing, so you’ll have significant impact on the company’s growth, culture and strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in data-driven decision making
  • Define KPIs and develop dashboards to track business performance
  • Identify operational weaknesses in the platform experience and build automated scalable processes
  • Present models, findings and insights to senior management to drive business decisions
  • Collaborate with Operations teams, CRM, Product and Growth to ensure insights inform broader strategic initiatives
  • Identify critical issues impacting operations and strategy from metrics including productivity insights, lead-to-sales analysis, and segment/account trends
  • Support sales leaders and finance on sales pipeline and forecasting
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
  • Ensure the sales team has appropriate reporting, dashboards, and analytics with high-quality data
  • Work with business leaders to define and deploy technology roadmaps
