Digital Marketing Manager

THE ROLE:
The Digital Marketing Manager will help to strategize, coordinate, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across Faherty Brand’s performance marketing channels, with a large focus on paid social. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing, and work alongside the creative and merchandising teams to flawlessly communicate, and execute on D2C campaigns. 

We are a scrappy team that is scaling user acquisition and retention marketing quickly across Faherty. We’re looking for an in-house marketing manager that is proactive, scrappy, forward-thinking, a problem solver, comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced environment, and collaborative in nature. This team member should have strong skills in their field and an ability to turn on a dime to support the fast-paced nature of our business. The right candidate for this role should be both analytical and creative, with strong communication skills! This team member will analyze data, execute on campaigns, establish the appropriate optimization and creative next steps, help manage vendors, and assist in the on-boarding on new marketing initiatives. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute, optimize, and analyze paid social campaigns, end-to-end
• Implement new creative across Facebook and Instagram advertising, and assist with Adwords, native, display 
• Support a data driven strategy - responsible for daily management, tracking and reporting of performance for all paid media channels
• Pull and analyze data across multiple reporting channels, including GA, and Shopify
• Assist in owning vendor relationships; communicate strategic recommendations based on data analysis
• Own creative testing cadence, reporting, and communication of results. Create a series of best practices for Faherty ads
• Produce creative briefs, as needed, to showcase new ads for each season/campaign
• Partner with brand teams (Design, Merchandising) to understand overall strategy, season planning, and seasonal buys
• Stay up-to date on performance marketing and creative best practices and trends and implement them for Faherty
• Help grow affiliate and influencer database and contribute to relationship building and turning talents into brand advocates
• Assist in the offline marketing (catalog and direct mail) production schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital, specifically in Facebook/IG (granular optimization experience necessary)
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on achieving results
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative team player
• Proven ability to manage relationships and drive processes, even when resources are limited
• Proven ability to creative solutions to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
• Hungry to grow within a fast-paced company; eager to take on new tasks and help where needed
• Proactive in thought and execution, you’re always 1 step ahead and can quickly analyze situations to find the best solution
• Strong experience pulling and analyzing platform marketing data, for an ecommerce company, while optimizing toward ROAS goal. 
• Thoroughly understand platform optimization levers, and when each should be used
• Experience in FB/IG ads manager, Google Analytics, Tableau
• Quick learner, with the desire to become an omni-channel marketer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Very proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Continuous learner who adapts quickly and positively to change
• Eager to investigate unexplored channels and/or problem solve within existing channels, while also able to retain information and apply it in future situations
• Excellent attention to detail
