Growth and Affiliate Intern
The Growth and Affiliate Intern will be responsible for supporting the day to day strategic development and tactical execution of growth channels, focused on affiliate marketing. The ideal applicant is someone who works well independently, will execute and develop data-driven strategies, and is eager to learn the foundations of growth marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grow Faherty’s Affiliate marketing program through partner sourcing
- Manage daily communication with new and existing affiliate partners, to make sure that the brand is included in relevant articles and publications for each season
- Proactively search for new partnerships by vetting websites and influencers within Faherty’s affiliate platform, as well as reaching out to influencers and websites outside of the platform to get them to join our program
- Thoughtfully craft affiliate strategy around each publisher, taking their marketing calendar and audience into consideration, as it relates to our product mix and customer type
- Back into appropriate commission and/or flat fee payment for each publisher, based on key KPIs such as audience size, CVR and CTR to hit our ROI goals
- Negotiate commission and flat fee terms with publishers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a MBA program at an accredited university, preferably in New York City
- Proactive, strong communicator
- Comfortable in small, fast-paced, startup environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, take direction, receive feedback and execute accordingly
- Will commit to working under a part-time, paid schedule (16 to 29 hours per week) within company hours (9am - 6:30pm)
- Very comfortable communicating and negotiating terms
- Experience using data to back into goal metrics
