• BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree • 8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Cloud ERP / Fusion Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and SLA • Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts • Finance background with ability to speak with the business • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to work independently, and collaboratively with remote teams • Ability to travel M-F weekly within the United States
Responsibilities: • Gathering and analyzing business requirements • Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations • Recommending solutions to close design gaps • Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a robust, scalable solution • Defining new and refining existing business processes • Managing a project and leading a team; developing implementation plans • Mentoring junior team members in their career development • Contributing to continuous improvement and development of processes and intellectual property • Participation in sales cycles through providing subject matter expertise
