Candidates must be highly organized, be able to follow written and verbal instructions, and have worked independently in previous positions.
This individual must understand how to be proactive – must know what to do for the day without the tasks being laid out for him/her.
Minimum of a high school degree/equivalent is required with 2+ years of relevant experience, but manager prefer a 2- or 4-year degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Schedule can fall between the hours of 7am-4:30pm.
previous experience with ordering office supplies, managing travel for multiple people, booking rooms and conferences, managing expense reports, and scheduling catering.
