Business Analyst has prior experience with Service Now platform. Experience with the Change Process or Module is highly valuable.
Analyzes business processes for Demand, Release Planning, and Change Processes within Service Now; elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements from the users to meet business needs; works with technical leads to identify and estimate alternative solutions within Service Now.
Prepares SLC Documentation including testing plans to confirm that requirements and system design are accurate and complete.
Completes Testing and Validation deliverables. Works with Customers to complete User Acceptance Testing. Demonstrates new functionality to the User so they can complete UAT.
Documents any defects and works with technical team to correct them.
Drafts Training materials or communication materials for enhancements.
Assist with tasks for daily operations / user support
