Change Management Analyst

 A contract position in ITS organization on their extended Information Technology Strategy Excellence (ITSE) Organizational Change Management team. The ITSE OCM team members work on a wide variety of technology-driven change initiatives ranging from large-scale transformations to process improvement and system upgrades. Current project need is for multiple contractors to support projects running through 2019.
 Execute full life-cycle Organizational Change Management activities for multiple projects, including:
 • Uses corporate OCM methodology and toolkit
 • OCM Project work plan/schedule
 • Stakeholder analysis
 • Leadership alignment
 • Communication Planning, development, and execution
 • Change Champion Network Initiation and support
 • Change readiness assessment
 • Training Planning, Design, Development, and delivery, as applicable
 • Deployment support planning and execution
 • Sustainability planning
 • 5+ years' experience with full lifecycle global rollout of ERP and processes
 • Change Management certification
 • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with corporate OCM leads
 • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical material to end users
 • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
 • Flexibility – ability to learn and adapt quickly
 • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects
 • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
 • Facilitation of OCM meetings and workshops
 • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize activities and ask for assistance in a timely manner
 • Identify and escalate OCM-related risks
 Preference for:
 • 5+ years' experience in OCM Lead role with Big 4 consulting firm
 • 3+ years' experience in OCM Lead role on full life-cycle technology change initiative
