Account Executive

The Account Executive will work with the regional VP, Sales to exceed revenue goals through implementation of sales and customer service strategies.
 
Job Responsibilities:

  • Pitch the Extreme Reach suite of services to new and existing clients
  • Initiate a sales strategy for key client accounts
  • Manage and maintain business-to-client relationships to ensure satisfaction by providing superior customer service and support
  • Stay up to date on technical trends and terminology related to the industry
  • Develop strategies to achieve and surpass sales quotas consistently
  • Set sales strategies for effectively managing all resources
  • Identify, research and contact potential new clients
  • Generate and qualify new leads that come from various sources
  • Provide and support strategic direction for new business partnerships
  • Provide input into strategy for existing products and development of new products
  • Ensure that contracts are signed and up to date with assigned clients, and that the necessary information is in place for Extreme Reach to conduct business with the client
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Hire-In Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years B2B sales experience or 2+ years video account management or similar experience
  • Proven track record of superior performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Ability to travel as needed
