The Account Executive will work with the regional VP, Sales to exceed revenue goals through implementation of sales and customer service strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pitch the Extreme Reach suite of services to new and existing clients
- Initiate a sales strategy for key client accounts
- Manage and maintain business-to-client relationships to ensure satisfaction by providing superior customer service and support
- Stay up to date on technical trends and terminology related to the industry
- Develop strategies to achieve and surpass sales quotas consistently
- Set sales strategies for effectively managing all resources
- Identify, research and contact potential new clients
- Generate and qualify new leads that come from various sources
- Provide and support strategic direction for new business partnerships
- Provide input into strategy for existing products and development of new products
- Ensure that contracts are signed and up to date with assigned clients, and that the necessary information is in place for Extreme Reach to conduct business with the client
- Perform other duties as assigned

Hire-In Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years B2B sales experience or 2+ years video account management or similar experience
- Proven track record of superior performance metrics
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to travel as needed
