Account Manager

Reporting to the Group Account Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and quality of talent payments, rights management, advice and consultation to clients and staff. Develop and maintain strong positive and productive relationships with clients and staff
 
Responsibilities:                         
  • Generate estimates and provide complex advice and counsel to Client and internal staff
  • Has a clear understanding of CBA’s and their practical application
  • Key communicator for all Clients in their group
  • Supervise and review all work done within group to ensure quality
  • Key communicator for all assigned Clients
  • Monitor and direct workflow for group of Account Associates and Account Analysts 
  • Actively up to date on industry changes, people, account transitions, etc.
 
Requirements:                         
  • Subject matter expert in role of Employer of Record
  • Expert in the Talent & Rights aspect of the platform
  • Working understanding of Production, Agency and Business Affairs functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience advising and providing consultation to clients
  • Demonstrated experience managing a group of individuals responsible for processing payments
  • Demonstrated experience providing feedback and coaching a team
  • Ability to see the potential in others and work with them on developing key skills for advancing
  • Demonstrated ability to promote Extreme Reach as a solution to clients, ability to interpret client needs into viable solutions
  • Demonstrated experience delegating work to others and managing work across a team, recognizing the most efficient way to process work
