Account Associate

Reporting to the Account Manager, the Account Associate supports the members of their group as assigned
 
Responsibilities:

  • Review and enter talent-related documents such as W-4, W-9, I-9, etc.
  • Conduct research and gather additional information from agents and clients
  • May process payments for sessions or non-union payments under the supervision of an Account Manager
  • May have limited client interaction – mostly focused on research and data collection
  • Provide clerical or administrative support to the team as needed
  • Attend mandatory PoP and SAG training sessions weekly
  • Work closely with Account Analysts, AM’s and GAM’s to perform duties
 
Requirements:                         

  • Working knowledge of MS Office or similar products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
