Reporting to the Account Manager, the Account Associate supports the members of their group as assigned
Responsibilities:
- Review and enter talent-related documents such as W-4, W-9, I-9, etc.
- Conduct research and gather additional information from agents and clients
- May process payments for sessions or non-union payments under the supervision of an Account Manager
- May have limited client interaction – mostly focused on research and data collection
- Provide clerical or administrative support to the team as needed
- Attend mandatory PoP and SAG training sessions weekly
- Work closely with Account Analysts, AM’s and GAM’s to perform duties
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of MS Office or similar products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
