Exterro is seeking a Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for leading Exterro's integrated lead generation strategy and tactically executing campaigns that result in qualified leads, increased pipeline, revenue growth and brand awareness. This position reports to the Director of Marketing. This role will begin as an individual contributor and likely evolve into a people leader role. Working across marketing and other key business functions, this individual will create a strategy that accelerates sales growth by defining, creating and executing B2B marketing campaigns targeted at prospective and current clients. This individual will need to be metrics focused and able to achieve lead generation goals that generate new and incremental sales opportunities.
The essential functions of the position are:
· Responsible for developing, creating and executing integrated, targeted demand generation and nurturing programs that build a pipeline of sales-ready leads. This position will work closely with digital marketing, product marketing, content, PR, event management, sales and product management to help define and execute integrated, multi-channel, multi-tactic campaigns.
· Responsible for helping define strategies and tactics for clients and prospect-facing demand generation programs, including planning the scope of campaigns, identifying target audiences, defining objectives and goals, planning channels and tactics, and executing to drive measurable outcomes.
· Aligns campaigns with product launches/enhancements, external market factors, competitor moves, and sales and marketing feedback, with a continual focus on improving results.
· Leads aggressively-paced lead generation project timelines, ensuring that all activities occur as planned and that campaigns are executed on time, including scheduling, design, production and distribution.
· Partners with others to help educate Sales and other business partners on demand generation program details such as objectives, target audience, key messages, program tactics and timing.
· Works with other key functions in marketing to develop sales enablement tools in support of lead generation campaigns, such as messaging points and email templates.
· Acts as a liaison with sales and partners with them and others to drive the conversion of qualified leads into opportunities.
· Partners with the digital marketing team to drive and improve demand generation and lead nurturing efficacy and ROI through a focus on marketing analytics.
· Responsible for leading relationships with industry associations and ensuring full adoption of marketing programs provided to us as part of these agreements.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two to three years relevant B2B marketing and management experience
- Previous experience leading demand generation or similar functions for B2B software or technology companies.
- Proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
- Demonstrated experience creating marketing penetration strategies and managing lead generation programs
- Demonstrated and hands-on experience leveraging information and data from both the CRM (Salesforce. com) and marketing automation platform (Pardot or equivalent) to inform demand –generating programs and improve effectiveness and conversion rates
- Must possess exceptional written and oral communications skills and be equally effective in both formal and informal settings
- Very strong project management and organization skills, and must be very detail oriented.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business or Communications degree preferred
