An Implementation Specialist is responsible for successfully onboarding the EC SaaS platform while providing an incredible customer experience. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and methodical with a high degree of business acumen who can effectively manage customer expectations, technology, and data to drive a successful project.
What You Will Do
- Follow Expedite Commerce Ignite agile methodology to onboard customers.
- Understand business requirements and guide customers for quick adoption.
- Manage customer expectations and relationships.
- Use Expedite Commerce configuration tools to adapt the application to customer needs.
- Use Salesforce.com technologies to configure the application to customer needs.
- Implement projects within defined scope & timelines.
- Provide documentation, training and other implementation-related needs
- Travel - less than 10%
What You Need to Qualify
- 4-year bachelor's degree completed, in-progress, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience working directly with customers to implement SaaS and/or CRM solutions
- Communication skills and ability to understand and solve business problems.
- Technical skills including:
- User experience UX design
- Data modelling, data analytics, data cleansing, report building
- Software development knowledge is a plus
- Web services, APIs, integration tools is a plus
- Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets
- Prior success in software or technology implementation projects including school projects
- Customer support experience in SaaS or CRM is a plus.
- Knowledge of SaaS from a company or user perspective is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com administration is a plus.
