Exclusive Wireless, a T-Mobile premium retailer, is seeking an Operations Manager.
As an Operations Manager, you will be coaching, leading and training your team with the goal of providing the best support to our retail store. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing their team and dedicated to making sure our retail stores have what they need to be able to provide the best in-store experiences to our customers. You will need to manage our Support Portal ticketing system and ensure that your team is completing the tasks within a timely manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Management experience or equivalent.
At least two years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
Analyze and address areas of improvement for the team in order to better support our retail stores.
Oversee all aspects of operations by making sure the stores are depositing cash as well as explaining any cash variances, making sure the stores are counting their inventory and assisting with researching any inventory variances, making sure the retail store has all the tools they need to be Merchandising compliant and ready for our customers.
Following policies and procedures.
Find solutions or areas to improve the support that your team provides to the retail store.
Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff while also communicating these policies to the team.
Computer skills (word processing, email, google suite).
Be able to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems as well as adapt to change.
Must be available to work Monday to Friday 8a-5p
Be the “Un-Carrier.”
As part of the Exclusive Wireless team, you will become the face of our brand while providing solutions to our retail store. You will inspire your team, and make sure every store gets the support that they need. Not only will you be out in the office with your team, you will be in constant communication with the retail store via email, support portal, and phone calls. You may need to visit stores to get a better understanding of their day to day process to be able to better support them.
