Position: Retail Sales Manager

Exclusive Wireless, a T-Mobile premium retailer, is seeking Wireless Retail Store Managers.
As a Wireless Retail Store Manager, you will be communicating Company policies and decisions to the store team members. You will also be coaching, leading and training your sales team with the goal of providing the best customer service experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their team and dedicated to making their store successful. You will also be expected to hold one-on-one coaching sessions and motivate your staff to achieve both business and individual goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Management experience or equivalent
- At least two years experience in a retail or customer service setting
- Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Oversee all aspects of operations by making financial and sales reports, managing cash and deposits, and following policies and procedures
- Perform marketing and advertising activities
- Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff while also communicating these policies to the sales team
- Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
