We are launching a direct-to-consumer healthcare brand focusing on orthodontics. We believe everyone deserves a smile they'll love, however orthodontic treatment costs $3000 on average - making it only accessible to a few. We provide the same custom-fitted invisible aligners as orthodontists, however by changing the distribution channel and putting everything online, we cut the price by 60%.
This service already exists in the US, and the market-leading company in the space is worth over $1bn. No company is dominating other international markets, that’s why we are executing a multimarket operation that requires focus and stamina. The company is well funded and led by serial entrepreneurs whose previous startup has gone on to raise $112m.

About the role
As operation manager and part of our first employees you will work directly with the executive team to implement strategic decisions into operations. 
You will work on projects that aim at creating an amazing customer experience and consolidate processes during hyper growth. 
This is a strategic role that requires a combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking and strong operational execution. 
This role is suited to an ambitious professional who is looking for a challenge. You will have the opportunity to shape the company’s processes and practices and quickly grow with the company going forwards.

You will
  • Define and implement world class processes to achieve operational excellence
  • Coordinate feedback loops to improve product and features with other teams
  • Dig into the data, detect opportunities and issues, suggest improvements for direct impact
  • Measure performance and push to improve KPI’s, understand full customer experience
  • Ramp up rapidly operations while maintaining high NPS

You have
  • 2 years minimum experience in tech operations / management consulting / investment banking / strategy work in a large business, or of growing startup
  • Track record of tackling diverse problem sets and moving the needle significantly and sustainably on key business metrics
  • Data driven mentality
  • High adaptability to change and operational excellence 
  • Curious mind and with a lot of initiative
  • High communication skills and emotional IQ
  • High stamina and ready to work long hours under pressure to deliver results
