We provide the same custom-fitted invisible aligners as orthodontists, however by changing the distribution channel and putting everything online, we cut the price by 60%.
This service already exists in the US, and the market-leading company in the space is worth over $1bn. No company is dominating other international markets, that’s why we are executing a multimarket operation that requires focus and stamina. About the role
We’re looking for an experienced marketer to lead acquisition strategy across all channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in Google and Facebook. You will manage the results of all paid marketing spend, revenue growth, and reporting. You report to CGO and CEO.
This role is suited to an ambitious candidate who is looking for a challenge. You will have the opportunity to shape the company’s marketing practices and quickly grow with the company going forwards.
You will
- Develop a creative marketing strategy to grow customer acquisition across digital and offline
- Develop, implement, and use marketing tech stack to guide decision-making on marketing efforts
- Deliver towards sales and efficiency targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Work collaboratively with our creative and tech teams to develop and test new concepts
- Analyze results of marketing tests to develop core customer segments complete with segment size, detail, and psychographics as well as related marketing strategy (channels, copy, creative, etc.)
- Improve conversion through multivariate and AB testing through paid media campaigns, organic initiatives, and conversion rate optimization
- Analyze all ongoing initiatives and strategies, reacting to pivot spend and maximize opportunities
You have
- 4+ years in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and statistical analysis
- Experience executing in direct response marketing with budgets more than USD$50k monthly
- Background in marketing technology and data analytics, with knowledge of the marketing stack
- Hands-on and established testing philosophy
- Enjoy working with multiple teams within the company including creative, engineering etc.
- Customer-oriented: understanding the psychology of what works and why
