Corporate legal analyst

You will:

·         Keep control of records of the legal and administrative area
·         Development of compliance indicators of the legal and administrative area
·         Gather documents and information necessary to present evidence in labor trials
·         Control and registration of deeds
·         Control and registration of powers granted
·         Contract Review
·         Procedures with notaries
·         Procedures before dependencies
·         Review and performance of minutes of assemblies, corporate books and share titles
·         Relations of judicial strategies.
·         Issuance of letters of recommendation or records for various official procedures (preparation and delivery.
·         Legal support in commercial, civil and criminal matters.


You have:

·         Law graduate 
·         Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a health company. 
·         Excellent communication skills 
·         High levels of organization and concentration
