About the role:
We're looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Smile Diagnosis Centers, located in different cities within Mexico. These Diagnosis centers are the first in-person interaction our patients have with the company, and we're creating a best-in-class customer service experience for them.
As a Retail Operations Coordinator, you’ll manage a team of Representatives, support their operational needs, and guide day-to-day operations of the Diagnosis center. You’ll also help to structure & scale the operations through constant continuous improvement and the implementation of new projects.
What you’ll do:
Team management: Manage hiring, training, mentoring, scheduling, and all general administration of our Customer Representatives.- Hold personal and group meetings, to keep your team engaged and informed.
- Ensure an excellent work environment across all Centers.
- Support your team to achieve quality, efficiency and sales metrics. You’ll be responsible for your Center’s metrics.
- Manage your facilities, making sure they have all the resources necessary.
- Work along with different departments to implement projects in order to improve processes.
What you’ll need:
At least 3 years of working experience in retail, operational, store manager, consulting or customer support.- Demonstrated experience in operational or process improvement.
- Team coaching and leadership experience is a plus.
- Great communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners.
- Analytical skills.
- Strong autonomy to analyze and propose different projects and processes by yourself, to improve our service.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Intermediate English level is a big plus
- You’ll need to travel at least 30% of your time.
