Offline Marketing

You will
  • Develop a creative marketing strategy to grow customer acquisition across  offline 
  • Deliver towards sales and efficiency targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Work collaboratively with our creative  team to develop and test new concepts 
  • Analyze results of marketing tests to develop core customer segments complete with segment size, detail, and psychographics as well as related marketing strategy
  • Analyze all ongoing initiatives and strategies, reacting to pivot spend and maximize opportunities

You have
  • 2+ years in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and statistical analysis
  • Experience executing in direct response marketing with budgets more than USD$50k monthly
  • Background in marketing offline
  • Hands-on and established testing philosophy
  • Enjoy working with multiple teams within the company
  • Customer-oriented: understanding the psychology of what works and why
