Develop a creative marketing strategy to grow customer acquisition across offline

You have
2+ years in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and statistical analysis
Experience executing in direct response marketing with budgets more than USD$50k monthly
Background in marketing offline
Hands-on and established testing philosophy
Enjoy working with multiple teams within the company
