ROLE SUMMARY

We are hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to implement and grow enterprise accounts, ranging from health plans to pharmaceutical companies.

You will assist the Enterprise and Sales Team by providing targeted and personal support, reporting, and partner management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Initiate coverage of new enterprise accounts and take over relationship management as partnerships are finalized and implemented
  • Drive on-time completion of partnership deadlines, including reporting and metrics tracking
  • Provide cross-functional support and troubleshooting for current and future partnerships
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meeting with partnership teams and/or leadership
  • Work closely with Enterprise Sales / Account Management, Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Finance to manage and coordinate partnership growth and maintain partnership health 


Your Education & Experience:

  • Detail-oriented and process driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing accounts and partnerships
  • Minimum of 2 years in the healthcare industry 
  • 3+ years experience in an external, client-facing role 
  • Preferred functional experience: Account Management, Customer Service/Success, Consulting, Program/Project Management
  • Presenting to peers and executive leaders, including making presentations and decks
  • Excel skills above beginner
  • Ability to prioritize multiple accounts, timelines, and fast moving projects 
  • SQL (preferred but not required)
