Role
In a typical day you will be making calls to customers who have made enquiries about our legal services as they buy or sell their property. You’ll need to work quickly to build rapport and trust with potential clients, understanding the stage of process they’ve reached and explaining how we can help them through the conveyancing quickly and smoothly.
A 40-hour week will be split between some early shifts (starting at 8am) and some late shifts (finishing at 8pm) with considerable flexibility to work from home.
You will also be pitching to prospective business partners (mainly estate agents and mortgage brokers) to introduce our services and create partnerships.
You will need to be self motivated, great on the phone and have a basic understanding of the conveyancing process.
