Your day-to-day:
  • Walk customers through step by step instructions for troubleshooting their product
  • Assess customer needs and suggest additional products or services
  • Frequently update your knowledge and understanding of product lines
  • Provide friendly and effective customer service over the phone and online

Your skill set includes:
  • Strong interpersonal skills - you enjoy speaking and working with new people
  • Exceptional customer service - you enjoy creating high quality and positive interactions with others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence using computers and software systems
