Your day-to-day:
- Monitor and train service team members on suggestive selling practices
- Oversee the hiring and onboarding process, including interviewing potential new hires
- Motivate staff through acknowledgement of hard work, achievements, and instilling
- Ensure customers are satisfied with every part of their dining experience
Your skill set includes:
- Communication- you take care in articulating your own thought process, as well as critique the work of others
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented - You enjoy being involved in several projects, and are talented at managing expectations and your own timeline
- Take initiative and build quality into work- you ensure processes are consistent with company objectives
- Team player - you are able to work outside of regularly scheduled hours when needed
- Two years or more of management experience in the hospitality industry
