Fast Food Shift Manager

Our client is a leader in the Food Service Industry!  They not only provide customers with an excellent product and great service but they provide incredible opportunities for employees to learn and advance their career!  We are currently looking for Shift Managers with responsibilities to lead a specific department.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure trained and engaged team, quality food, and excellent service is being provided to the customer
  • Communicate goals to team at the start of shift
  • Observe and guide employees
  • Set crew up for success
  • Coach and train the crew
  • Provide safety and quality checks
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Step in to help team during peak times
  • Manage your assigned systems (training, food safety, inventory, etc)
  • Provide performance reviews and career discussions with team
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned department
  • Other duties as assigned as this is a summary

Job Requirements:
  • Must have Customer or Food Service experience
  • Must have experience leading employees
  • Must have a desire to be in the food service industry and a passion for servicing customers
  • Open availability is required
