Outside Sales Professional - HR / Payroll / Benefits

We have a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into a fast-growing company that provides a lot of room for advancement!  They provide administrative services to their clients in Western NY to handle everything from HR, Benefits, Payroll and more!  They have an awesome company culture where people enjoy coming in every day!

We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Professional with a real "hunter" mentality.  This is a great opportunity to come in and make a huge impact for this fast-growing company!  The main objective is to develop new relationships in the great Rochester area and then hand them over to an incredible team of Account Managers who will service the accounts!  This will allow you to go out and continue developing new business!

Desired Experience and Skills:
  • Previous experience selling to "C-Level" executives is preferred
  • Experience in HR, Payroll or Benefits (preferably in a sales capacity)
  • Must be comfortable knocking on doors and selling services
  • Must have a "hunter" mentality
  • Must be a "strategic thinker" who can solve issues and create solutions
  • Must be comfortable presenting in front of groups
