In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of qualified students. This includes:
- Making outbound calls or visiting high schools to interview and recruit students for enrollment (depending on role)
- Acting as a consultative resource for students
- Managing the entire enrollment process
- Meeting specific enrollment goals
- Managing student enrollments and documenting the admissions process for compliance
- Scheduling and delivering presentations to high school seniors for the purpose of recruiting and building working relationships
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is required and Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Previous experience in an inside sales or customer service environment is required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be comfortable speaking in public and/or cold calling
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
