A taste of what you’ll do:
You’ll be responsible for supporting our Business Development team, with the mission of developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with wealth management (RIA) clients. In particular you will:
- Work closely with the senior members of our Business Development team to understand client needs and business objectives, and deliver the most appropriate solution
- Maintain Ethic’s Salesforce, capture diligent notes and coordinate next-steps from key client meetings
- Assist with regular business reviews, track appropriate KPIs
- Coordinate meetings with current and prospective clients, and take ownership of client follow-up communication on behalf of Ethic’s Business Development team
- Take ultimate accountability for client outcomes; proactive and highly engaged in communications
- Proactively identify/anticipate adoption issues, misalignments, and/or gaps
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 1-3 years in a business development role, focused on wealth management - internships may apply
- A basic understanding of the wealth management industry
- A demonstrated ability to build relationships and garner trust with executive decision makers and influencers
- A demonstrated ability to manage effective and timely communication
- An interest in financial products, particularly equities (and ideally ESG)
- Exceptional organizational, communication & listening skills
