Who You Are
You will be a leader in our organization expected to speak their mind and help us continue to build a great company. The Manager of Revenue Operations will own the performance, strategy, and alignment of revenue operations in the Company. This position is responsible for overseeing the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles, and ensuring that the close interaction between those roles is aligned with the larger company-wide strategy. You should be an analytical problem solver that can still see the big-picture and recognize opportunities for revenue and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams. You are accountable for driving better integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions.
  • Connect business activity and data to ensure seamless customer experience throughout the lifecycle and faster revenue growth opportunities.
  • Identify and establish relationships with third parties (health care organizations, community banks, credit unions etc.) with the skills and abilities to augment internal resources.
  • Work with the senior leadership team to optimize existing revenue models and create new revenue streams.
  • Drive solutions among your teams to optimize the company’s ability to generate more revenue and improve customer retention.
  • Direct the annual planning process for Sales, Marketing, and Client Success including budget goals, headcount models, quota, and compensation design and management in close partnership other company leaders
  • Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and performance expectations.
  • See themselves as a member of the ownership team of the Company.

Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior level RevOps role or 5+ years in a technology Sales role
  • Proven track record in senior level sales, marketing, operations, or revenue operations roles in successful B2B organizations. SaaS experience a plus.
  • Experience implementing a RevOps framework with responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
  • Solid exposure to CRM systems
  • You have a proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams 
  • Ability to operate in a strategic capacity with limited supervision
