As one of the first operations hires at Enzyme, you will have a significant, lasting impact on Enzyme’s Operations. You will define and help build the operational foundations that power Enzyme. From identifying new quality controls to clinician engagement, you’ll help design and build the future of operations here at Enzyme Health.


To achieve the above, you'll work closely with a cross-functional team including product managers, engineers, clinician advocates, and clients to build creative solutions to tough problems and quickly validate them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support: Enzyme is building one of the strongest clinical networks in the industry and we’d love your help supporting them in any and all of the questions they have. Don’t worry, we won’t ask you to support them clinically, but ensuring their questions regarding the client's processes are answered in a timely manner!

  •  Credentialing: In order to provide our clients with the top clinicians, we must fully vet them through a very thorough credentialing process. This requires a very high level of attention to detail and some research work on your end! A thorough and efficient credentialing process is key to our business to ensure we get TOP clinicians live with our On Demand platform as quickly as possible!

  • Clinician Onboarding: Work closely with new Clinicians to ensure a smooth onboarding (Account Set Up, Training, Client Overviews, etc...).  

  •  Quality: How do we retain the top clinicians you ask? Quality! We are constantly auditing our clinicians quality to ensure we are adhering to our client’s processes and procedures. We would love your ideas on more efficient ways to audit our clinicians!


What You’ll Need

  • 0-2 Years of Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
  • Adaptable self-starter who is comfortable working in a startup where things move at lightning speed
  • Clear communicator with excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
