We are currently seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Executive who will engage in managing the entire funnel-- from lead identification to close-- to actively drive growth for the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales programs to achieve pre-determined growth targets in order to increase our market penetration. Through the end of the year, and into 2020, we plan to rapidly scale within several market segments. Responsibilities
- Procurement of new sales opportunities through industry outreach, networking and social media
- Screening and qualifying inbound leads
- Engaging qualified leads in the sales pitch
- Identifying prospects’ decision-making processes
- Identifying unrecognized needs of prospects
- Managing objections
- Moving deals forward with urgency
- Meeting pre-determined goals for closing sales
- Reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Analyzing the territory/market’s potential
- Tracking activities in our CRM and managing weekly status reports
You will work closely with both the Operations and Product Teams.
Once a client signs an MSA, the role expectation is to also support with account management, ensuring customer satisfaction at a macro-level, running interference for Operations when client issues arise, taking ownership of contract amendments, and supporting Operations with value-added selling of additional services.
Moderate travel is expected, to industry conferences and meetings, as well as visiting high-value prospects to close deals, industry partners and existing clients to nurture long-term relationships.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-8+ years experience in fast-paced sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Knowledge of the Digital Health, Telehealth and Virtual Care industry
- Familiarity with CRM best practices
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Proficient time management, organizational skills and adaptability
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor degree from an accredited college preferred
