Qualifications:
- Strong CSR background is a must.
- Excellent English verbal communication skills
- Effective business writing skills
- 1 year of experience handling travel management accounts (hotel/transportation/etc) is a plus.
- Resourceful, persistent, and patient
- Can start ASAP
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Airline Operation/Airport Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
