QUALIFICATIONS
• Highly analytical with sound judgment
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, Google equivalents, etc.)
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to synthesize various data points and drive towards a conclusion with the ability to justify that conclusion
At least 2 years of experience with data management/order tracking/data entry
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Updating existing vendor files
• Data entry and order tracking
• Perform all tasks at the required speed and accuracy to meet the client needs
• Contribute to process improvements on the tasks
• Verify information and data from the clients/customers
