Customer Success Associate

We’re looking for a jack (or jane) of all trades to help us achieve our mission by building relationships to ensure every customer has an outstanding experience with EngagedMD. You’ll drive the direction of our business by assisting with new customer implementations, providing ongoing support to clients, and finding opportunities to optimize their processes and workflows.

Every day at EngagedMD brings a new challenge and exciting new projects. As a member of the Customer Success Team, you’ll have a direct impact on the direction and culture of an early stage start-up working to modernize healthcare.

This is an entry level position within our Customer Success Team and is ideal for recent college graduates or individuals with 1-2 years work experience. Demonstrated interest in healthcare, Saas, or start-ups is encouraged. Role is full-time based in Washington, DC. 

Duties and Responsibilities

- Create a five star experience for our network of physicians, nurses, staff, and patients by providing ongoing customer support
-Assist the Customer Support team with implementations of new customers and ongoing management of existing customers
- Build and grow relationships with key users and executives at client sites to identify opportunities for optimization and growth

- Communication: You love meeting new people and building deep relationships, identifying needs and providing solutions along the way, and utilizing your strong written and verbal skills
- Organization: You have the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once, keeping the big picture in mind
- Problem Solving: You have an insane drive and passion to analyze, determine the best approach, and solve challenging problems
- Curiosity: You ask why, explore, and want to learn and build deep expertise in account management as well as business
- Creativity: You come up with unconventional ideas and are comfortable pushing the status quo
