Lead Development Analyst

We are hiring for our demand generation team, the Lead Development Analyst is a vital role in the growth at Enfusion Systems. 

In order to fuel growth, we’re building out a world-class Demand Generation team. That presents a unique opportunity for this role to become part of a dynamic team and learn one of the most in-demand skills in marketing.
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team.
 
This role reports to our head of demand generation and works in hand in hand with the global sales team. 

The individual in this position is one of the first touch points for prospects and will set the tone for the sales cycle by connecting with inbound marketing inquiries by phone, email, and chat to qualifying prospective customers. 

You’ll also be reaching out to prospects and clients to arrange meetings at our sales roadshows and round tables.

What You'll Do
  • Respond by phone, email, and chat to various inbound inquiries and outbound activity
  • Offer pertinent resources (white papers, e-books, infographics, relevant blog articles) to prospects in an attempt to foster a relationship and increase education in the early stages of the buying process 
  • Gather key information about prospects prior to outreach to ensure effective conversation
  • Identify opportunities that meet key qualification criteria and set appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the sales team through clear communication and follow-up. 
  • Stay organized by tracking activity and prospect information in Backstop Solutions CRM
