In order to fuel growth, we’re hiring our first AVP of Demand Generation. We’re looking for a self-starter who is strategic, creative, data-driven, entrepreneurial, a MarTech geek and hands-on. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing our client acquisition and demand generation engine across digital and offline initiatives.
Working in partnership with product marketing you’ll execute the go-to-market strategy flawlessly. You’ll be given license to shape a critical business function, building our end-to-end Demand Generation and demand creation strategy from scratch. You’ll also be well versed in ABM strategies to help us grow and increase the value of our enterprise clients.
You’ll need to be an excellent partner and collaborator as you’ll be working at the intersection of product marketing, content marketing, marketing operations and sales. And ensure programs are timely, measurable, flawlessly executed, and drive significant pipeline growth.
You’ll have experience coaching others as you’ll be responsible for managing a lead development rep who is dedicated to qualifying your inbound leads as well as proactively outbound calling as well.
We’re looking for someone who can think from 30,000ft but can also have a laser focus on the detail.

What You'll Do
- Set the long-term Demand Generation strategy
- Execute the short-term strategy by building scaleable frameworks that will drive awareness, traffic, leads, user retention and most importantly revenue in a measurable way.
- Partner with product marketing and content marketing to create targeted content-led demand campaigns.
- Build and manage end-to-end demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, display, email marketing, content syndication, retargeting, social media, advertising as well as offline activity like direct mail to drive revenue
- Determine metrics (e.g. pipeline contribution, win rate, and overall ROI) to measure and iterate on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns. Report to key stakeholders what’s happening, why it’s happening, and how the Demand Generation function can drive change and impact.
- Work with our marketing operations and our developer to optimize the website and digital properties, performing analysis and optimization experiments to increase the conversion rates.
- Design structured experimentation processes that allow us to understand our growth marketing funnel (unqualified lead through to customer retention), and where leads are dropping out of that funnel. Act on the identified areas of opportunity to increase conversion rates.
- Thorough working knowledge of the Sirius Decisions demand waterfall and or demand unit.
Who We Need
- 6-8 years’ experience in growth marketing or demand-generation,
- You’re entrepreneurial and highly commercial
- A track record scaling demand generation campaigns
- Global marketing experience is essential
- Deep hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Excellent analytical skills, campaign execution skills, and project management skills
- Experience designing and executing high-growth experiments, with the ability to take on measured risks and scale successful programs
- Experience developing and executing demand creation and demand generation strategies
- Experience communicating and reporting at a leadership level
- Experience with SAAS or fintech a plus
- Must have worked in HubSpot, Marketo or other marketing automation tools as well as SFDC or another CRM tool.
- Must have a good sense of humor
