Enfusion has an immediate opening for a Chicago based Accounting Manager to support our rapidly-expanding business. In this role, you will be part of a talented team that supports our financial initiatives to our diverse and global teams.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a technical accounting liaison in the deal review with various members of global business operations, including legal & sales
- Prepare revenue accounting reports and analysis to support month-end close; own the revenue account reconciliation and record revenue user/connection changes in accordance with sales contracts
- Advise business on accounting treatment under ASC 606; review customer contracts for revenue recognition under US GAAP (software industry background is a plus)
- Oversee and streamline billing and AR collections processes
- Manage the monthly close and reporting process with multiple deadlines; including account reconciliations, journal entries, and billing / payables
- Responsible for tax planning and compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate, payroll, and other applicable taxes.
- Work with external accounting firms (domestic and international) for preparation of year-end financial statements, audits, and tax reporting
Who We Need
- 5+ years of accounting experience in either a corporate, consulting or audit capacity; experience in an international software/SaaS company with an emphasis on revenue recognition
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and financial processes (specifically the month-end revenue close)
- Experience with Intacct is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of international accounting and tax standards is a plus
