Responsibilities
- Implement a competency based recruitment, performance management and professional development program.
- Support CEO & senior leadership to develop and manage an evolving company culture and organizational structure
- Identify professional development opportunities to optimize team performance
- Thought partner / coach to managers to enhance people and team management skills
- Manage compensation and benefit programs
- Onboard new hires
- Track and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
