Responsibilities
  • Implement a competency based recruitment, performance management and professional development program.
  • Support CEO & senior leadership to develop and manage an evolving company culture and organizational structure
  • Identify professional development opportunities to optimize team performance
  • Thought partner / coach to managers to enhance people and team management skills
  • Manage compensation and benefit programs
  • Onboard new hires
  • Track and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Boston, MA based position (No remote applicants)
