Summary:
We are looking for a full-cycle (sourcing through close) recruiter to continue the growth of Energi globally. The ideal candidate will have experience across technical and G&A functions within multiple tech organizations and have a deep understanding that talent acquisition is the guardian of culture. This role can be based in any country where cryptocurrency can be the method of payment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting
- Strong technical and G&A functional requiting
- Experience with any modern ATS (Hire by Google is ideal)
- Prior experience in at least one start-up
- Exceptional (100% fluency) in English (written and spoken)
- Proven social presence (LinkedIn network >3,000 connections)
- Positive, inclusionary personality
- Laptop/Desktop computer with a good internet connection
- Personal workspace capable of video conferencing (Skype, Zoom, etc.)
Nice to haves:
- Prior experience on a global, decentralized team
- Experience on a cryptocurrency/blockchain project
- Personal experience in cryptocurrency
- A good sense of humor (actually, that is a requirement)
- A BA/BS in any field of study
