Responsibility:
- Assisting Business Development operations
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Taking dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Making travel and event arrangements
- Collecting and filing expenses
- Handle other ad-hoc duties
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent will be an asset
- 3+ years relevant work experience; proven experience as an executive. administrative assistant or in other secretarial position would be an asset
- Independent, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Team work oriented and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Good command of both spoken and written English
